unable to download from internet

Removed IE 6.0 because could not download any program
files. Have run repair tool for IE and still no help. Can
not ungrade to IE 6.0 again because cannot download
program. Help!!!!

This forum is generally for NetMeeting and or Chat issues. You might be
better off asking in a forum releated to IE and/or the operating system
system you are running on.
